Haw. Code R. § 19-38.1-9 - Signs
No taxi vehicle used as a taxi at a public airport shall display any sign that extends more than six inches above the roof. Flashing lights and audible devices, other than that required by safety ordinances and regulations, are prohibited. The external display of any rates or fees on a taxi is also prohibited.
