Haw. Code R. § 4-67-4 - Limitations on noxious weed seed

No person shall sell, offer, or expose for sale within the State, for planting purposes, agricultural or vegetable seed:

(1) Consisting of or containing prohibited noxious weed seed; or

(2) Consisting of or containing more than 32 seeds of restricted noxious weed seed singly or collectively per pound.
