Haw. Code R. § 8-63-47 - Establishment of classification standards
(a) The assistant
superintendent shall establish standards for the development and maintenance of
classification systems relative to position descriptions, class specifications,
and other matters.
(b) The
assistant superintendent is authorized to establish, revise, or abolish classes
in order to maintain the classification systems.
