Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.02.05.340 - MARKING REQUIREMENTS
01.
Containers. When apricots are packed in containers, such
containers will be stamped or marked thereon the variety, the net contents, and
packer's name and address. (3-31-22)
02.
Size. The minimum size may
be specified in terms of diameter or numerical count. When a minimum diameter
is marked on the container, not more than ten percent (10%) by count is allowed
for apricots below the marked size. (3-31-22)
