Title. The title of this chapter is IDAPA 02.02.13, "Commodity
Dealers' Rules." (3-15-22)

Scope. These rules clarify the procedure for licensing, collection
and remittance of assessments, determining claim value, maintaining electronic
records, use of electronic scales and remedies of the Department for
non-compliance. (3-15-22)
