Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.04.19.031 - REIDENTIFICATION OF DOMESTIC CERVIDAE
Permanent official identification in domestic cervidae that has been lost or is no longer legible may be replaced only for the purpose to reestablish their original identity.

Records. All animals that have been re-identified must be reconciled to their original identification on the annual ISDA inventory form, due on Dec. 31st of each year.
