Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.04.19.090 - FEES

01. Annual Assessment Fee. A fee, not to exceed ten dollars ($10) per head per year on elk or three dollars ($3) per head per year on fallow deer and reindeer, is hereby assessed on all domestic cervidae in the state to cover the cost of administering the program covered in these rules. The fee includes all domestic cervidae present at the ranch as of December 31. This fee is due January first of each year. The annual assessment fee may be reduced if program revenue accumulates to a balance of at least one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) in excess of the projected annual cost of operating the program, as determined by the Department on July 1 of each year. 02. Import, Export, and Movement Fees. The fees imposed in Section 25-3708(2) through (4), Idaho Code, are due no later than December 31 of each year. (3-15-22)
