In order to ascertain compliance with this chapter, the Director shall have reasonable access to: (3-31-22)

Inspect Facilities. Inspect
any facility or land application site listed in the CLTWF's NMP.

Records. Inspect, review, or copy any CLTWF's records deemed necessary,
