Title. The title of this chapter is "Rules Governing the Public
Exchange of Livestock." (3-15-22)

Scope. These rules govern
the record keeping of livestock dealers and facilities, record keeping,
identification, quarantine and movement of livestock through buying stations,
trader lots and livestock markets. (3-15-22)
