Idaho Admin. Code r. 02.04.32.251 - NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT PLAN RETENTION
All NMPs which have been approved by the department and returned to the CAFO must be maintained on site at the CAFO and available to the department upon request. The department will retain a copy of the NMP. (3-15-22)
