Title. The title of this chapter is "Rules Governing the Production and Distribution of Seed."
02.
Scope. These rules govern procedures for sale or distribution of seed in Idaho, including rapeseed and bluegrass. These rules will also establish seed service testing fees for purity, germination, tetrazolium and special tests.
