Soybean Cyst Nematode. (Heterodera glycines).

Asian Soybean Rust. Caused by (Phakopsora pachyrhizi).

Soil. There is a zero (0) tolerance, as defined by the soil tolerance standards of the Association of Official Seed Analysts (AOSA), for soil in any lot of a regulated article imported into Idaho and destined for planting in Idaho. This prohibition does not apply to seed of Idaho or Malheur County, Oregon origin.
