Civil Fine. The Board may
impose a civil fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) upon a licensed
podiatrist for each violation of Sections
54-608 and
54-609, Idaho Code.

Costs and
Fees. The Board may order a licensed podiatrist to pay the costs and
fees incurred by the Board in the investigation or prosecution of the licensee
for violation of Sections
54-608 and
54-609, Idaho Code.
