The applicant must submit proof of having met the continuing education required as follows: (3-28-23)
01.
Expired for One Year or
Less. For licenses or certificates expired for one (1) year or less, one
(1) year of continuing education; (3-28-23)
02.
Expired More than One Year.
For licenses or certificates expired for more than one (1) year, two (2) years
of continuing education. (3-28-23)
