01. Sedation. Administration of minimal, moderate or deep sedation or general anesthesia except as otherwise allowed by these rules; (3-28-23)

02. Cutting Procedures. Cutting procedures involving the supportive structures of the tooth including both the soft and hard tissues. (3-28-23)

03. Periodontal Therapy. Periodontal scaling and root planing, including the removal of subgingival calculus. (3-28-23)

04. All Extractions with Exception. All extractions except: (3-28-23)

a. Under direct supervision. (3-28-23)

i. Non-surgical extractions. (3-28-23)

b. Under general supervision or as specified in Section 035. (3-28-23)

i. Removal of periodontally diseased teeth with class III mobility. (3-28-23)

ii. Removal of coronal remnants of deciduous teeth. (3-28-23)

05. Root Canal Therapy. (3-28-23)

06. All Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics (except stainless steel crowns). (3-28-23)

07. Orthodontics. (3-28-23)
