Idaho Admin. Code r. 24.35.01.206 - BOAT EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Each float or power boat used by an outfitting operation must be identified as follows: (4-6-23)

01. Identification. Identification recorded with the Board on the outfitter application consisting of words, names, or letters not less than three (3) inches in height and be of a contrasting color indicating the current licensed outfitter and that is placed above the water line on each side of the bow or stern of the boat utilized by that outfitter in letters. (4-6-23)
02. Clearwater. On Sections CL2 and CL3 of the Clearwater River, a sticker affixed to the surface of any boat used for anadromous fishing that is not less than eight (8) inches in height and placed immediately adjacent to the identification words, names or letters on each side of the boat towards the bow, identifying the boat as operated by a licensed outfitter. Stickers will be provided and sold annually by the Board or a vendor designated by the Board. (4-6-23)
