Federal
Act Compliance. An outsourcing facility must ensure compliance with
21 U.S.C. Section
353b of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic
Act. (3-28-23)

Adverse
Event Reports. Outsourcing facilities must submit to the Board a copy of
all adverse event reports submitted to the secretary of Health and Human
Services in accordance with Section
310.305 of Title 21 of the Code
of Federal Regulations. (3-28-23)
