Ill. Admin. Code tit. 77, § 672.440 - Unlawful Discrimination
The Vendor shall not engage in unlawful employment discrimination barred by Section 2-102 of the Illinois Human Rights Act [ 775 ILCS 5/2-102 ] nor engage in discrimination practices barred by USDA (see 7 CFR 15, 15a, 15b and 15c) .
