Ill. Admin. Code tit. 14, § 400.80 - Professional Solicitor Renewal
a)
The registration of all professional solicitors shall expire on the next June
30 following their registration.
b)
A registered professional solicitor who intends to continue to act as a
professional solicitor in Illinois must apply for renewal of its registration
during June of the year in which its registration expires.
c) To renew, a professional solicitor must
file a new, completed registration statement.
