Ill. Admin. Code tit. 2, § 5200.240 - Meetings of the Authority
a)
Annual Meetings. In October of each year, the Authority will hold an annual
meeting for the purpose of electing a Chairman and a Vice Chairman.
b) Regular Meetings. Regular meetings of the
Authority will be scheduled as determined by the Members.
c) Special Meetings. A special meeting of the
Authority may be called by the Chairman or by any four Members of the
Authority.
d) Quorum. Four Members
constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of the
Authority.
