Ill. Admin. Code tit. 26, § 125.730 - Public Availability of Advisory Opinions
a) When issued, each advisory opinion shall
be made public and shall be sent by mail or personal delivery to the requesting
party.
b) A copy of all advisory
opinions shall be kept on file and shall be made available for public
inspection through the Office of the General Counsel in both the Chicago and
Springfield offices. Opinions will be available for inspection during normal
working hours.
