Ill. Admin. Code tit. 26, § 204.100 - Final Approval of Voting Systems
a)
The Board, on the basis of the application on file before it, the findings,
conclusions and recommendations of the staff, any reports or additional
documentation submitted by the applicant, and the demonstrated performance of
the proposed voting system during the interim approval period, shall make its
determination whether to grant final approval of the proposed voting system for
use in one or more election jurisdictions in Illinois.
b) The Board's final approval shall specify,
at a minimum, the following:
1) The
description, nomenclature, specifications and intended use or uses of all
voting system components used in the proposed voting system.
2) Identification, size, and nature of the
type of election jurisdiction where the proposed voting system may be
employed.
