Ill. Admin. Code tit. 32, § 340.1190 - Records of Testing Entry Control Devices for Very High Radiation Areas
a) Each licensee or
registrant shall maintain records of tests made pursuant to Section
340.630(b)(9)
of this Part on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. These
records must include the date, time and results of each such test of
function.
b) The licensee or
registrant shall retain the records required by subsection (a) of this Section
for 3 years after the record is made.
