Ill. Admin. Code tit. 35, § 722.125 - Electronic Manifest Signatures
Electronic signature methods for the e-Manifest System must fulfill the following criteria:
a) The
signature must be a legally valid and enforceable signature under applicable
USEPA and other federal requirements pertaining to electronic signatures;
and
b) The signature must be a
method that is designed and implemented in a manner that USEPA considers to be
as cost-effective and practical as possible for the users of the e-Manifest
System.
