Ill. Admin. Code tit. 56, § 2605.20 - Applicability
a) This Part shall
apply to all Administrative Hearings conducted by the Illinois Department of
Commerce and Economic Opportunity that are not specifically provided for under
any other Section of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois or other Program
Rules.
b) In the event of any
conflict between the provisions of this Part and any rules promulgated under
the authority of the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act (GATA) [ 30 ILCS
708 ], the GATA rules will apply.
c) Nothing in this Part shall limit the
ability of the Department to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with
another State agency providing for the services of a Hearing Officer.
