Ill. Admin. Code tit. 56, § 2605.350 - Business Records
a) The rules
admitting business records will be the same as those contained in Rule 236 of
the Illinois Supreme Court Rules.
b) Any party seeking to admit documents other
than the originals may do so, provided the party certifies that the copy is a
true and correct copy of the original. The party need not show that the
original is unavailable.
