Ill. Admin. Code tit. 59, § 119.330 - Hearings
a) The Department
may not deny or suspend a certificate unless the provider is given written
notice of the grounds for the Department's action. Except when denial of a
certificate is based on imminent risk as described in Section
119.325, the
provider may operate and receive a reimbursement for services during the period
preceding the hearing, until such time as a final decision is made.
b) Hearings shall be conducted in accordance
with the Department's rule at 89 Ill. Adm. Code 508.
