Ill. Admin. Code tit. 71, § 2000.110 - Contents of Invitation for Bids
Invitations for bids will contain the following information:
a) The construction
project to be bid.
b) A description
of the needs and requirements of the work to be done.
c) The dates of the work to be
done.
d) A description of the major
subdivisions of the work to be done.
e) Any other terms and conditions which will
be required to accomplish the project.
