Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 104.285 - Failure to Appear or Proceed
a) If the vendor or alternate payee, without
good cause, fails to appear at a hearing or formal conference scheduled by the
Department, or fails to proceed at a hearing, the Department's action or
decision and the grounds asserted as the basis therefor shall be a final and
binding administrative determination.
b) If the Department fails, without good
cause, to appear at the hearing or formal conference, or fails to proceed at a
hearing, the Department's action shall be dismissed.
