Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 140.444 - Compounded Prescriptions
a)
Pharmacy charges for compounded prescriptions shall be billed at the per
ingredient charge to the general public.
b) Reimbursement will be at the lower of the
pharmacy's charge or the Department's maximum for each ingredient.
