Ill. Admin. Code tit. 89, § 530.10 - Evaluation Procedure
a) CRP
applicants shall be evaluated by a representative of DHS-DRS. The CRP applicant
must have been operational for one year prior to the application
submission.
b) The DHS-DRS
representative shall be responsible for applying the standards set forth in
Appendix A.
