Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 2520.430 - Maximum Speed Limits for Designated I-PASS Lanes, Service Areas, Parking Areas, Access Roads and Ramps, and Barrier Toll Plaza Approaches
a) The maximum speed limit for I-PASS Only
electronic toll collection lanes shall be 30 m.p.h. or as otherwise
posted.
b) The maximum speed limit
for Open Road Toll electronic toll collection lanes shall be 55 m.p.h., or as
otherwise posted.
