AUTHORITY: Implementing Section 3-2.5-20 and authorized by Section 3-7-1 of the Unified Code of Corrections [730 ILCS 5/3-2.5-20 and 3-7-1] and Sections 5-15, 10-10, 10-15, and 20-70 of the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act [5 ILCS 430/5-15, 10 -10, 10-15, and 20-70] and Section 922 of the Federal Gun Control Act ( 18 USC 922) and Section 24-3.1(4) of the Illinois Criminal Code of 1961 [720 ILCS 5/24-3.1(4)].
