170 IAC 6-5-1 - "Application for water tracker" defined

Sec. 1.

As used in this rule, "application for water tracker" means an application submitted to the engineering division of the commission in accordance with section 7 of this rule and IC 8-1-2-42 that functions as a request or in support of a request for a water tracker.
