312 IAC 6.2-2-2 - Facilities exempted from permitting but subject to monitoring and reporting

Sec. 2.
(a) A
facility is exempted from the permitting requirements of this rule, if the
facility does not exceed its approved baseline volume for any
category.
(b) A facility exempted
under subsection (a) must satisfy the monitoring and reporting requirements of
this rule.
