313 IAC 1-1-2 - Authority for acquisition and disposition of artifacts and historic property

Sec. 2.
(a) The
authority for acquisition and disposition of an artifact rests with the
corporation chief executive officer or a delegate. The authority for
acquisition and disposition of an artifact with restrictions rests with the
board.
(b) The authority for
acquisition and disposition of historic property rests with a committee of the
board made up of the treasurer, vice chairperson, and two (2) members at
large.
(c) An action taken under
subsection (a) is subject to administrative review by the board and an action
taken under subsection (a) involving restrictions rests with the board's
executive committee.
(d) An action
taken under subsection (b) is subject to administrative review by the full
board.
