329 IAC 11.7-2-5 - "Contingency action plan" defined

Sec. 5.
"Contingency action plan" means a written course of action to be followed for emergency response in the event of an emergency that causes the release of contaminants into the environment or for the method or methods of waste management or disposal if the facility is unable to operate or process solid waste for twenty-four (24) hours or longer.
