329 IAC 11.7-4-2 - Transition for submitting registration

Sec. 2.
(a) All
owners or operators of an existing facility that are required to register under
this article must submit a registration form within sixty (60) days after the
effective date of this article. These facilities may continue to operate unless
the registration is denied.
(b) No
new facility that is required to register under this article may operate
without a registration approval.
