Sec. 2.

This rule applies to individuals seeking or receiving benefits on the basis of age, blindness, or disability. This rule specifically does not include eligibility criteria for individuals receiving benefits on the basis of income as determined using MAGI under 42 CFR 435.603, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
