405 IAC 2-7-1 - Definitions

Sec. 1.

(a) As used in this rule, "dependent child" means a child under eighteen (18) years of age, who meets the conditions of 45 CFR 233.90, as revised and effective on October 1, 1991, (not including tertiary Code of Federal Regulations citations resulting therefrom) or 45 CFR 233.100, as revised and effective on October 1, 1991, (not including tertiary Code of Federal Regulations citations resulting therefrom).
(b) As used in this rule, "caretaker" means a relative as defined in 45 CFR 233.90, as revised and effective on October 1, 1991, (not including tertiary Code of Federal Regulations citations resulting therefrom) who has a specified degree of relationship to and assumes the primary responsibility for a dependent child.
