410 IAC 5-3-17 - Renewal of licenses

Sec. 17.
(a)
Applications for renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with
410 IAC
5-3-9.
(b)
In any case in which a licensee, not less than 30 days prior to expiration of
his existing license, has filed an application in proper form for renewal or
for a new license authorizing the same activities, such existing license shall
not expire until final action by the board.
