460 IAC 2-4-20 - Termination of manager's license

Sec. 20.

(a) A manager's license terminates automatically, without further notice, if any of the following occur:
(1) The death of a licensed manager.
(2) A licensed manager's:
(A) resignation;
(B) withdrawal; or
(C) retirement; from the BEP.
(3) The manager's vision improves to the extent that the manager is no longer legally blind.
(4) An extended illness or incapacity of the manager prevents the manager's personal operation of the facility, when there is no reasonable expectation, based on medical evidence, that the manager will be able to return to work.
(b) A manager's license may be terminated for cause as set out in section 27 of this rule.
