465 IAC 2-11-8 - "Corporal punishment" defined

Sec. 8.

As used in this rule, "corporal punishment" means any kind of punishment inflicted upon the body. Corporal punishment includes, but is not limited to, slapping, hitting, spanking, pinching, and pushing.
