920 IAC 1-1-6 - Revocation of permit; notice

Sec. 6.

Any permit to use the Memorial facilities or auditorium shall be upon the understanding that it may be revoked bythe Indiana War Memorials Commission for cause, upon written notification of the organization or persons to whom the permitwas granted. Such notification shall state clearly the cause for revocation of the permit.
