Iowa Admin. Code r. 193-7.23 - [Effective until 8/14/2024] Withdrawals
A party requesting a contested case proceeding may withdraw that request prior to the hearing upon written notice filed with the board and served on all parties. Unless otherwise ordered by the board, a withdrawal shall be with prejudice.
