Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-26.5 - Compliance filings and tariffs
(1) A utility may file compliance filings and
compliance tariffs at any time after the board issues the final order in a rate
proceeding, unless otherwise ordered by the board.
(2) The consumer advocate and other parties
shall file responses, comments, or objections to the compliance filings and
tariffs within 20 days of the date the compliance filings or tariffs are filed
with the board, unless otherwise ordered by the board.
(3) Compliance tariffs shall become effective
on the date approved by the board or on a date set by the board.
