Iowa Admin. Code r. 199-35.1 - Authority and purpose
These rules are intended to implement Iowa Code sections 476.6(13) and 476.6(15) relating to the energy efficiency and demand response plans and reports filed by the natural gas and electric utilities required by statute to be rate-regulated. The purpose of these rules is to establish requirements for energy efficiency and demand response plans, modifications, prudence reviews, and cost-recovery tariffs.
