Iowa Admin. Code r. 281-41.112 - Individualized education programs (IEPs)
An IEP, or an IFSP that meets the requirements of Section 636(d) of the Act (for eligible individuals aged birth to three), is developed, reviewed, and revised for each child with a disability in accordance with rules 281-41.320 (256B, 34CFR300) to 281-41.324 (256B, 34CFR300), except as provided in subparagraph 41.300(2)"d"(2).
