Iowa Admin. Code r. 495-14.9 - Simultaneous deaths
IPERS will apply the provisions of the Uniform Simultaneous Death Act, Iowa Code sections 633.523 et seq., in determining the proper beneficiaries of death benefits in applicable cases.
