Iowa Admin. Code r. 567-66.1 - Aquatic pesticide

(1) Prohibited discharges. Pesticides shall not be applied to any water of the United States (as defined in 40 CFR Part 122.2) except as provided in 66.1(2) and 567-Chapter 64.
(2) Allowable applications. Pesticides may be applied to any water of the United States (as defined in 40 CFR Part 122.2) in accordance with 567-Chapter 64 and NPDES General Permit No. 7, "Pesticide General Permit (PGP) for Point Source Discharges to Waters of the United States From the Application of Pesticides."
(3) Requirements to obtain a permit to apply an aquatic pesticide. Rescinded IAB 2/9/11, effective 3/30/11.
